The Hotel Residence Cima Jazzi is located in Macugnaga, at the head of the Anzasca Valley at the foot of the majestic east face of Monte Rosa, the only mountain in the Alps with Himalayan characteristics. The history, culture and traditions of the Walser people who came here in the 13th century from the upper valley of the Rhone, on the other side of the mountains in Switzerland, are maintained with pride by the inhabitants of the Anzasca Valley.

Today Macugnaga and Monte Rosa invite visitors to vacation in close contact with nature, offering walks through woods of larch and pine, hikes along ancient mule-trails, or excursions on pristine snow at altitudes of over 3,000 metres.
